Rachel Inabinet, a self-proclaimed Potterhead for as long as she can remember, has worked in a library in South Carolina for seven years. Along with her fellow panelists, she organizes Harry Potter themed library events for all ages. Rachel also entertains friends with themed parties and activities and prides herself on her attention to detail from food to costume to decor. This is her first time at Leaky Con!
