Mike Schubert was just a bit late to his train from Platform 9 ¾, as he didn’t start the series until age 24. He documented his thoughts publicly through his podcast, Potterless, which gave him a unique experience with the Harry Potter community. In this lecture, Mike will discuss the love and support he received, the outrage he caused, and ultimately what it’s like to start a children’s/YA series as a (mostly) grown adult.
