TO PARTICIPATE: Participation will be limited to the first 75 acts to sign up here: leakycon.com/cosplay. If spots are still available on-site, they will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis during Cosplay check-in, beginning at 1:30pm at the Cosplay Gathering Location in the lobby outside Ballroom A.
