As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Kerry has an unmistakable passion for assisting performers, teams, and organizations with advancing toward their performance excellence objectives. Kerry's work across culturally variant performance groups (e.g., Indiana University, Arizona State University, IMG Academy) characterizes some of his unique professional experiences in high performance. Additionally, Kerry remains committed to disseminating culturally responsive and equity-informed practices for the advancement of policy, research, and organizational strategy work.

Currently, Kerry serves as a doctoral intern and mental performance consultant for ASU Counseling Services & Sun Devil Athletics. Here, beyond the APA-accredited placement requirements he leads staff-facing Cultural Humility professional development sessions and performance excellence initiatives for several athletic teams. Outside of internship, he also works as a Human Resources consultant with several business leadership programs. Kerry has successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Sport and Performance Psychology from Indiana University.
