It's often been said that recruiting is the lifeblood of any successful basketball program. This session will help coaches develop strategies for evaluating talent that fits within their program by exploring concepts of talent evaluation that go beyond physical attributes and key in on mental toughness, personality fit and the ability to improve. This session is intended for all levels of recruiting.
