We will start by sharing with coaches in attendance recent research and data highlighting the struggles of men in society as whole, opening their eyes to what their male athletes are most likely carrying with them mentally and emotionally to practice everyday. We will then progress to present why our TeamsOfMen coaching framework (and #MirrorTraining philosophy) is useful in helping players navigate the world on and off the court with integrity and character.
