PDS Personal Clinic: "The Catalyst Effect ™: Lead From Wherever You Are!"

What:
Panel
When:
12:00 PM, Friday 30 Mar 2018 (45 minutes)
How:
In the spirit of The Butler Way ™ basketball culture, and sparked in part by the idea of the "no-stats all-star", e.g. Shane Battier, two Butler University business professors have co-authored a unique leadership book that focuses upon building teams from the middle and leading without formal authority to achieve team results and organization success.  Lee and Jerry will share the four Cornerstones and 12 Competencies that were gleaned from field research and will offer examples of how the competencies come to life in successful teams.  Former Butler men’s basketball head coach and current Boston Celtics head coach, Brad Stevens will comment via video: he has been a vocal supporter of this work and wrote the book’s foreword. Current Butler men’s basketball head coach LaVall Jordan will be available for a Q&A to discuss leadership culture development.
