Garth Glissman, associate vice president of basketball operations at the NBA, focuses on the rules and governance of the current NBA game. He also works on NCAA issues of relevance to the NBA, including the NBA Undergraduate Advisory Committee and pre-Draft process. Prior to joining the NBA in May 2016, Glissman was a partner in a law firm in his native Nebraska and served as a volunteer head high school boys basketball coach for eight seasons.
