Building a Championship Culture provides a roadmap for creating and sustaining a culture of excellence based on core concepts from four of the top dynasties in sport history: 1) New Zealand All Blacks (rugby), 2) Red Auerbach’s Boston Celtics, 3) John Wooden’s UCLA Bruins, and 4) Gonzaga University.

Jerry Krause and Ralph Pim have presented the Lessons from the Legends clinic at the NABC convention for 16-consecutive years. Jerry is a team consultant for the men’s and women’s basketball teams at Gonzaga University. Ralph is an adviser in character and leadership development for Sport New Zealand and the University of Minnesota women’s soccer team.
