Kevin Pauga, who previously spent six seasons as the Director of Men's Basketball Operations, was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Administration in August 2015 and now serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Strategic Initiatives and Conference Planning. 

Pauga's duties include scheduling, charter and travel coordination, postseason planning and event parking. He is also engaged in special projects assigned by the athletics director and helps assists with the administration duties of the men's basketball program.
