Robert Andrews, M.A., LMFT founder and director of The Institute of Sports Performance, has been in private practice as a mental training consultant and licensed therapist for 28 years.

obert worked with Olympians and Olympic hopefuls in the last four summer Olympics Games. He has helped produce numerous Olympic Gold, Silver and Bronze medalist and World Champions. He has worked with Olympic athletes from 9 different countries and 13 different sports including men’s and women’s gymnastics, trampoline, swimming, diving, basketball, fencing, judo, track & field (sprints, pole vault and middle distance) and rhythmic gymnastics.
