With over 20 years of coaching experience, Joe Jones enters the 2019-20 season at the helm with the Boston University men's basketball team, as the Terriers look to claim their fourth postseason berth in eight years under his watchful eye.

During his tenure, he has led BU to seven top-five finishes in the conference standings, including a Patriot League regular season title in 2014 and No. 2 finish in both the 2017 PL and 2013 America East schedules.

Jones has coached 14 All-Conference Team honorees, including 2012 America East Player of the Year Darryl Partin ('12), two-time All-Patriot League First Team honoree Eric Fanning ('17 – 1,271 points) and most recently two-time All-PL honoree Max Mahoney, who shot a school-record 62.9 FG%. Two-time All-PL honoree Cedric Hankerson ('18) finished his career 13th all-time at BU with 1,299 points, fourth in made 3-pointers (235) and fourth in steals (177). At least one Terrier has earned All-Rookie accolades in each of the last seven years, including Jonas Harper in 2019 and Walter Whyte in 2018.
