Building a championship-caliber team requires an effective roster composition strategy, the ability to recruit both first-year players and transfers, sound locker room management, and countless other skills. How can coaches excel in today’s modern recruiting, transfer, and player empowerment environments? What leadership lessons from the military can be applied to coaching? Colorado’s Tad Boyle and UMass’ Frank Martin will join Marine Corps Brigadier General James A. Ryans II for a panel on “Building Teams to Win Now” on Friday at noon!
