This workshop will demonstrate how the Zonefulness model incorporates an integration of mindfulness, peak performance zone exercises, and positive psychology to enable student-athletes to access and maintain maximum performance.

The session will be primarily experiential in nature.   Specifically, participants will be given the opportunity to experience different types of zone exercises, including eyes open and eyes closed zones; power zones; and anchor zones.  These exercises recreate the peak performance zone players experience when performing at their best on the court.  The Big 3 of Peak Performance and The Toxic Three of Poor performance will be explored via examples from Joe's work with student and professional athletes.
