In August of 2019, Tim Hall was hired as Director of Athletics at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). Prior to this position, Tim was Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), where he hired men’s basketball coach Ryan Odom. Hall joined the UMBC community after serving as Director of Athletics at the University of Missouri-KansasCity (UMKC). .
