David Peet is an attorney in Ropes & Gray LLP’s litigation department and an active member of the firm’s Sports Law practice.  He has extensive experience counseling and representing individuals, institutions, companies, and various other stakeholders in matters relating to compliance with, and the enforcement of, the NCAA Bylaws as well as federal and state law.  His professional areas of interest include NCAA corporate governance, the changing dynamics of collegiate sports, and US and international government enforcement of the sports world, such as anti-doping legislation, investigations into allegations of corruption and money laundering, and recent developments in antitrust law.
