NMDP - Get In The Game

NMDP Get in the Game uses the power and influence of college athletics to recruit more students to the NMDP Registry to become potential blood stem cell donors. Teams participate in the program by hosting registry recruitment events to help motivate more students and athletes to join. A blood stem cell transplant can cure or treat more than 75 diseases, including blood cancers and other blood disorders like sickle cell. NMDP, formerly Be The Match® and the National Marrow Donor Program®, connects thousands of patients every year with a matching donor for the chance at a life-saving transplant.
