The face of Rollins College Basketball for four-decades and a career full of unparalleled successes, Tom Klusman enters his 43rd season at the helm of the Tars in the 2022-23 season. During his tenure, Rollins men's basketball teams have become synonymous with winning, class, and high graduation rates.

The Cincinnati native ranks fifth among active NCAA Division II coaches in victories and 10^th all-time.  He picked up his 700th career win on December 7, 2018 with a 80-79 win over Palm beach Atlantic.

Klusman has built one of the most impressive coaching resumes in the history of collegiate men's basketball. His career record of 731-456 ranks him among the best college coaches in the basketball history. Klusman is one of just ten Division II coaches all-time to eclipse 700 victories, and is top-10 all-time in victories.
