This session will provide participants with an understanding of the generational dynamics that exist within college athletics and their importance to productivity - both personally and professionally. Participants will discuss: 1) Key traits of five generations; 2) How generational differences can shape behavior and interactions; 3) Ways to adapt communication styles to converse more effectively across generations; and 4) How to adapt behaviors and practices to improve productivity.
