Tai is a well-known voice and influencer in sports leadership and career development for coaches and administrators. He served as the Director of Education for the American Football Coaches Association for close to 15 years, which led to the creation of Forward Management©, an organizational leadership philosophy that focuses on professional growth for employees. Tai is currently the host of the One Question Leadership Podcast sponsored by NCAA leadership development.
