Coach Eskildsen will walk you through the Harvard University Basketball mentorship/life skills program, going in depth about what they do with their weekly life skills meetings, faculty speaker series, and how they structure their weekly individual meetings with players.

This program helps them get buy in from players by showing them how much they care about their development as people AND players.
