All Division I head and assistant coaches are encouraged to attend.

NCAA Vice President for Academic and Membership Affairs, Dave Schnase, and Geoff Silver, Managing Director of Academic and Membership Affairs, will provide general background and data on the 4-4 undergraduate transfer waiver process. Coaches will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes to the NCAA Division I Committee for Legislative Relief undergraduate waiver guidelines. Lastly, coaches will receive an overview of the most frequently asserted waiver guidelines and have an opportunity to apply the guidelines to example case scenarios.
