With the ever-changing horizon of athletes' mental health and wellbeing, coaches are faced with new challenges. In addition to building successful programs and empowering student-athletes, coaches must now cope with the transfer portal, NIL agreements coming out of high school and in college, mental health challenges and stressors from social media, poor coping strategies and life skills exposed by the pandemic, over-bearing parents and more. 

This workshop will provide insight and important information to help coaches better understand today’s athlete. It will also provide specific tools and concepts to help coaches better handle the stress that comes with their chosen profession and life away from their respective sport.
