This session will present new social media tools for coaches getting and staying connected across international borders to help bring you farther along in the information age.  Following will be a fun and interactive presentation on Leaders Creating a Legacy which will define 5 key domains for developing long term program excellence focused around shared purpose “your team’s true north”.   Additionally, coaches will be provided keen insights into eight key characteristics found in achieving long term sustainable success and common across many sports and team environments.  Some of those will include clearly identifying your core values, communicating them, starting from a point of humility where coach is the most eager to learn, the importance of listening skills in resolving conflict, adaptation, the importance of short learning cycles and making sure your action steps are aligning with your core values.   This session will be a value learning opportunity to any coach at any level to provide you better insight into the problems and challenges you face in sustaining success on and off the court.
