
With more than 15 years’ experience in animal welfare, Devon’s background ranges from shelter operations to field services. Passionate about workplace culture and self-care, she has demonstrated leadership through high staff retention, efficient animal care teams, and consistent program growth. She believes that sheltering is a social service, and that community programs and partnerships are the most important piece of the animal wellbeing puzzle. As RedRover’s Field Services and Community Programs Manager, Devon leads RedRover Responders volunteer teams on the ground during disaster, cruelty, and community program deployments. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed and offers specialized training in animal handling and behavior, enrichment, and shelter operations.
