As a first-generation American with Caribbean roots, she is a trailblazer and a double graduate of Tuskegee University, earning her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and a Bachelor of Science. Her journey is not just in veterinary medicine; it's a multifaceted pursuit of fostering connections, mentorship, and cultural understanding for a brighter more compassionate world.

We will examine cases and generate creative solutions to common barriers faced, then facilitate creative pathways of alternative approaches through REDI. These opportunities help increase awareness of barriers and motivate proactive steps to encourage inclusion of these communities. This results in increased preventive care, animal and human health, and pets staying home.
