Dr. Luna is an Emeritus Professor of English with 25 years of experience in higher education as a teaching professor, administrator, and advisor. The first-born American citizen in her Filipino family, she earned her B.A. in English from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, and her Ph.D. from SUNY-Albany. She was appointed to Colorado’s 2020-2021 Water Equity Task Force by Governor Jared Polis. Dr. Luna has proudly served as CARE’s Dean of the Circle of Learning and Leaderships since January 2023.
