Zach Boerboom is the Shelter Manager at MSPCA-Northeast location in Salem, Massachusetts. Prior to the MSPCA, Zach worked at Southeast Missouri Pets in Missouri and Humane Charlotte in North Carolina, where he worked to implement progressive programming with the behavior and adoption teams with a focus on decreasing length of stay, improving the matchmaking process, and lowering barriers to adoption.
