Lindsey McCaughey is a dedicated fundraising professional with a passion for helping mission-driven organizations grow through authentic donor engagement and strategic development. With experience across frontline fundraising, planned giving, events, and donor stewardship, she currently serves as Associate Director of Development at UMass Lowell. Lindsey brings a relationship-first approach to fundraising, connecting donors' passions with meaningful impact. She is also a longtime advocate for animal welfare and has supported small shelters in strengthening their fundraising efforts and building donor pipelines for long-term sustainability.
