I worked directly in animal welfare from October of 2016 through September of 2022 at the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. From 2018 - 2022, I managed their volunteer program. When COVID sent the world into home offices and offsite, we had the opportunity to rework our onboarding process and incorporate a wide variety of training procedures to start our volunteers out on the right foot.
