Financials, purchasing, and inventory management are not overly exciting for most of our animal sheltering teams. These tasks can be scary, and our team often doesn’t have the experience or learned skills to manage them well. As a result, we can get into a rut and waste much-needed resources. Come learn some strategies on how to take the “fear” out of administrative functions and be more strategic in an effort to save time and money. 

You will learn strategies for:

  • Inventory 
  • Administrative communications and staff training
