New England Federation of Humane Societies Annual Training Conference 2024

Welcome to the New England Federation of Humane Societies Annual Training Conference 2024. Our conference includes basic knowledge for those just starting out, advanced knowledge for those who have specialized in an area, and progressive discussions to lead us into the future as our field changes. The NEFHS connects animal welfare professionals so that they can learn from each other and collaborate.

Special Sessions on Monday, March 18, 2024:

The first day of the conference, Monday, March 18th, will feature two tracks for the day. It is designed for attendees to follow one of the two tracks for the entire day. 

• Track One: Back to Basics
  • Perfect for newer animal welfare employees or volunteers looking to gain an intro to some important animal care topics.
• Track Two: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Perfect for all levels of management and executives, this track will cover DEI topics in animal welfare. More details on specific topics to come!
