Daniel Ettinger is the ACO Supervisor for Summit County Animal Control. He is an internationally recognized public speaker the host of the Humane Roundup podcast, dedicated to ACOs and other animal welfare professionals. He is also an adjunct instructor for the Law Enforcement Training Institute.

 His passion radiates in person and through his involvement on social media and podcasts. He is dedicated to helping with the advancement of the animal welfare profession. He has several years of experience investigating crimes against animals and maintaining a safe community. He has worked countless investigations and is an expert witness on animal cruelty/neglect.
