Suzette of SuGu Illustration is a local Tri-City artist & instructor with a passion for comics, cosplay, illustration, sculpture and more! Shes been attending Radcon since 2005, and showcases artworks yearly in Radcons art exhibit. Suzette has extensive background in arts education, starting with private mentoring in middle school, Life Drawing and Illustration courses at Columbia Basin College, and has graduated from the Northwest College of Art & Design in Poulsbo, Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art & Entertainment Art. Not only does she create work herself, she has a passion for educating artists of all ages. In one year alone she provided arts education to six school districts in Okanogan County, expanding the minds of over a thousand students, K - 8th grade, and provided engaging after school courses such as clay monster making & creating comics. For the last three years Suzette has been the instructor of a week long comic book making course provided by Allied Arts as a part of their yearly summer arts program.
