I'll go over the basics of rope selection: synthetic or natural fiber, radial size and length, twisted or braided
I'll go over the basics in safety:  common nerve injuries, preferred types of knots and safety precautions 
I'll go over the basics of harnesses:  chest, waist and full body harnesses
I'll go over the importance of communication and aftercare.
There will be a rope demo towards the end of this panel that may involve suspension.  I'll have a volunteer or two as my rope models, but safety is the primary focus of any demo.  So, demo may be limited based on their preference and well being.
