Mr. Alexander has been studying the art of Ninpo Taijutsu (Ninjutsu, Shinobi no jutsu, Budo Taijutsu) since 2001. He’s made several trips to Japan to train with the last living grandmaster, Masaaki Hatsumi and his senior Japanese students there. Ninpo utilizes unconventional thinking to overcome obstacles. It is a tradition used widely during the Sengoku Jidai period, using espionage, information gathering, sabotage and guerrilla warfare to overturn the outcome of a conflict. He has a passion for historical research and ninja history. Inspired by the ninja turtles and the 3 Ninjas as a kid, that influence has turned into a lifelong passion. He is also an avid student of the Japanese spiritual practice of Shugendo as it plays a large part in the ninja/samurai thought and practices.
