It's not about fighting; It's about not fighting.

Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art which blends aiki jujutsu (empty hand), kenjutsu (swordsmanship), jojutsu (staff), and ukemi (falling safely) along with the philosophy of budo (Way of the Warrior). This demonstration will provide an overview of various Aikido history & techniques including cutting tatami (straw) targets with a katana (sword). There will be opportunities for audience participation and to ask questions.
