Using Art Technically’s Astrobotany Lesson Plan, students learn about growing plants in space and astronaut nutrition. Hands-on activities include a freeze dried ‘space food’ taste test, a color science demonstration using LED grow lights, and a virtual tour of a Vertical Farming lab at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
