The Artemis Mission to the Moon is a definite reason for celebration! Creating life-long readers is another cause for celebration. With districts worried about test scores, phonics instruction, and raising fluent readers, this class will include strategies for you to make it fun with SPACE topics surrounding the moon mission all while supplementing your district's reading programs. Whether you are a classroom teacher or a specialist this class is for you! We will use children's books, space, the Artemis mission, and phonics/reading activities to engage our youngest learners. Presenter is a lower primary teacher with a Masters in Education with an emphasis on teaching reading.
