Formed in 2023, the White Lotus Quartet is comprised of violinists Ryan Eaton (he/him), Vikki Delgado (she/her), violist Ruby Ortiz (they/them), and cellist José Galarza (he/him). All four musicians met while working at a violin shop in Katy, Texas, and quickly formed a lasting friendship. Over time, they realized their bond over Avatar: The Last Airbender, and decided to form a quartet to perform the compositions of this incredible universe. While the quartet mostly performs pop music, they are all classically trained musicians who have performed with a variety of Texas-based ensembles. The majority of the music the quartet performs is arranged by the group’s violist, Ruby.
