These shows are great to use as quick watches between major undertakings or for when you want to watch some anime but don't have much time, such as your lunch break or on the city bus.

While natural disasters are a frequent occurrence in Japan, the same cannot be said for disasters appearing in anime, at least those exploring the aftermath and effects of them. Join us in learning about some of the anime covering how disasters affect society and individuals, as well as highlighting some anime set around real-life events.

One thing that can define a great anime is that there is an opportunity for growth and development of characters. Nothing can trigger the growth of a character than being betrayed by those that they care about.
