Blair Salmons is a certified instructional coach with over 15 years of experience in K-5 education based in Orlando, Florida. Blair specializes in solutions-focused coaching, collaborating with teachers to enhance teaching and learning in various subjects using a partnership approach that empowers teachers to bring clarity of purpose, set strategic goals, and track success. In partnership with the University of Florida, Blair has contributed to the development and facilitation of a district-wide coaching academy that prepares both existing and future instructional coaches.
