Dr. Theresa A. Chika-James is an Associate Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Management and Organizations at MacEwan University School of Business. She teaches courses related to management and leadership. Dr. Chika-James' scholarly and research interest is in the field of organizational transformation, exploring intentional and unintentional changes resulting from internal and external drivers of change. Her teaching and research interests also include organizational behavior, and managing people in organizations.
