Liela A. Jamjoom is a Research Fellow at the University of Business and Technology, Saudi Arabia. Her research interests lie at the intersection of leadership, gender, and postcolonial feminism. Liela holds a Ph.D. in Management from Saint Mary’s University Canada, where her study focused on amplifying the voices of Saudi women in leadership. She carefully attempted to navigate several theoretical and methodological terrains to map new ways to study Saudi women. Liela has previously worked as an employment advisor, supporting Saudi women to find learning and sustainable career opportunities.
