In all organizations past events, even if they are unique or at least very unlikely to recur, have strength beyond their ambition. In terms of NCA Theory they have persistent influence and therefore are durable actors in the network regardless of the presence of human actors who had direct experience. The crisis in education of March 2020 will never unenroll from our network of management education. As a result, it will resonate in institutional choices, individuals' decisions and forever be a tool for the more Machiavellian among us.
