SA Cugno was selected as the Primary NCAVC Coordinator. In this capacity, he has been the FBI Los Angeles Field Office’s NCAVC program manager, violent crime assessor, and administrator. SA Cugno holds a Master of Science Degree in Justice, Law and Society. He is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS), the California Association of Hostage Negotiators (CAHN), and the California Homicide Investigators’ Association (CHIA).
