After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007 with a degree in communications, Ryan Wynett spent the first two years out of college contributing to a pair of self-help books rooted in cognitive and evolutionary biology, both of which made the New York Times best-seller list. From early 2009-summer 20011 Ryan worked for the New York Consulting Practice  (NYCP) in Manhattan, focusing mainly on preserving the life and furthering the legacy of he late management theorist Peter F. Drucker, In the fall of 2011 to early 2014 he pursed a PhD in cognitive psychology at the University of Texas at Austin before join the Freedom Center team.
