Rabbi Laura Baum became Head of School at Rockwern Academy, Cincinnati's pluralistic Jewish Day School, in July of 2018. Prior to that, she served as Associate Vice President of Learning & Engagement at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Boston's Jewish Federation. From 2008-2015, Laura was a rabbi at Congregation Beth Adam in Cincinnati and founded OurJewishCommunity.org, an online congregation that has been featured in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Educated at Yale University, Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, and Xavier University's Business School, Laura brings a diversity of experience. She is also a Wexner Field Fellow, a Rabbis Without Borders Fellow, and part of the ROI Network.
