We will display and discuss illustrations from 14th century Spanish and 15th century German Haggadot in which the illustrators have used images of hare hunts as graphic and humorous commentary on the text, and as a visual metaphor for the status of Jews in Europe.  

Meet in the hotel lobby at 10:00 AM. We will share transportation to the rare book room at HUC–JIR.
