Personal and Professional Boundaries: Maintaining a Sacred Trust

What:
Workshop
When:
3:45 PM, Wednesday 3 Apr 2019 (1 hour 30 minutes)
How:
In this workshop, we will define and explore "professional boundaries" for rabbis. How do we navigate situations in which multiple roles exist between the rabbi and the congregant, including balancing the roles of friend rabbi, and pastor? We'll examine how boundaries can serve as safeguards for clergy and lay people and where conflicts arise. Participants will learn strategies to use in order stay safe in the midst of complex relationships.
